1. OSHA
10 for Construction / General Industry (2days – Minimum 5hrs per day)
2. If
you wish to upgrade from an OSHA 10 into an OSHA 30 you have 6 months from the date
you completed your OSHA 10
(10 hrs. training) to take 20 additional hours to complete
the OSHA 30 hrs. card.
3. OSHA
30 Supervisory / General Industry (Only for supervision) - (4days – Minimum
7.5hrs per day training)
4. OSHA
10 & 30 hrs cards are valid in all 50 States. (Each State has different regulations)
5. In
Nevada law OSHA 10 & 30hr cards don’t expired. (Valid for life)
6. If
you lose your original OSHA card you are allowed only one OSHA card replacement
with a $25 dollar fee plus $25 Processing fee
at RGR training Center total $50
for replacement (Without training). If this happens again you must retake full training.
Only your
Original trainer can replace OSHA 10/30card.
7. Only
your original OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer can replace your OSHA card.
(Within
5 years of completion)
8. Your
original OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer must keep record of OSHA cards on
file for 5 years.
9. Trainers must issue student course completion cards directly
to the student, regardless of who paid for the training.
NRS 618.987 requirements to present a
current/valid card to your employer.
If a construction worker who is not a supervisor fails to
present a current/valid 10 hrs OSHA card to his/her employer no later than 15
days after being hired, the employer shall suspend or terminate his contract/employment.
If a supervisory employee on a construction site fails to
present a current/valid 30 hrs OSHA card to his/her employer no later than 15
days after being hired, the employer shall suspend or terminate his contract/employment.
